Legal Information

Terms of Use

Quiet Work System is a framework for examining work and income resilience. Its pages and materials are provided for general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax, employment or investment advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for decisions you make using the information. Income Fragility is a separate paid diagnostic. It provides structured analysis based on information submitted by the user and does not replace professional advice. Paid services are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Third-party providers may be used for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and AI-assisted report generation where applicable. Use the site lawfully and do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Content may change as the framework develops.

Privacy Policy

Quiet Work System may process information needed to operate its public pages, contact handling and related diagnostics. Depending on what you use, this may include contact details and messages, form answers, email addresses, report data, delivery status and payment or session references. Information may be stored for operation, support, report delivery and recordkeeping. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the service, including hosting, analytics, payment processing through Stripe, email delivery through Resend and AI-assisted report generation through OpenAI, where applicable. We do not use submitted information as a product for sale. No provider or transmission can be represented as risk-free. Income Fragility remains a standalone paid diagnostic; Quiet Work System is the parent and framework layer. Use the Contact page for questions or privacy and deletion requests. Requests may require verification.

Cookie Policy

Quiet Work System and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for core functionality, preferences, analytics and security. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some site features may not work as intended. Third-party providers may have their own cookie practices.
